 Our efforts in restoring our home continue to excite us and frustrate us simultaneously. I've been hoping to post some before/afters of the upstairs when we've reached the point of finally being able to use it as living space. It's definitely getting there, but difficulties with giant floor-sanding machines have left us in a holding pattern once more.

Drawing inspiration from newspapers continues to push me to seek the weird among the bizarre. No doubt, one day we will all find a home.

Tis once again the season for designing artwork for and printing t-shirts for the annual Southminster Presbyterian Church camp at Camp Olivet. Here is my favorite idea so far which was quickly rejected by MJ as she informed me that the Muppets aren't as cool as they once were. She has never been more wrong about anything ever.

Living on and passing through campus on my way to classes during my six year tenure at ball state university in picturesque muncie indiana, i was educated on a number of realities. One such lesson came in the form of acorns being dropped like weapons of mass destruction from the towering trees what gave passersby the comfort of shade from the midday sun. Think what you will; we all know who's responsible.

This summer marks the seventh year we've printed tees for southminster presbyterian's summer camp at camp olivet. This also marks the beginning of the fiftieth year of CAMP OLIVET's existence. Olivet is a place that has played a sizable role in shaping the dude before you today. So, there you go; blame it on olivet. But whatever you do, don't put the blame on you. For srsly though, it's a magical place with acres of trees and creek and prehistoric moths. I fell in love many times there. The memories are as long as the bus ride.

Perhaps some of the wetness captured in this framed photo by the incomparable ZACK BENT will rub off onto this stack of hand-printed tees, resulting in a rain-saturated week at olivet. Dreams? When the rain washes you clean, you'll know...

So, just about a year ago, this happened. Now, at long last, the follow-up is arriving this saturday at the indiana handicraft exchange. Why don't you just go ahead and stop by the tent we're sharing with the lovely folks of cordinated and pick up a copy or two. Also, we'll have plenty of the mustard room t-shirts and such for sale. All aboard.

I've recently had the pleasure of getting to know a really rad guy named derek who recently traversed westward from indy to cali on his bicycle. You can read all about it here. Upon his return home, he started up a bi-weekly ride for ladies and dudes in the greater indianapolis area. Click that link, y'all. Also, besides donning a badass beard to be reckoned with, he took the liberty of hiring us to produce that fly logo for the endeavor.
